Question of Time reaches #13, welcoming Irish DJ and Producer Darren Doherty to the family with the dark and sexy “Girl Feel Good”.

The title track is a dark and driving Tech-house tune, its powerful bass line underlying an evolving rhythm that slowly immerses you in the sound. Well placed vocal hooks play with simple melodies, carrying your mind and body into the dance. The break precedes a subtle change in pace, which keeps on building up as the rhythm opens up and sets you up for the next stage. A sure winner.

On the flip side, “Ohh Baby” has an even darker tone, with distorted vocals pinning a percussion-driven beat over a strong bass line. You can sense the influence of classic Detroit Techno poured all over this track, which is then expanded upon, creating a true underground feel. Solid!
